Confidentiality
All personal information gathered during the provision of psychological services is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except when:
It is subpoenaed by a court, or disclosure is otherwise required or authorized by law.
Failure to disclose information would, in the reasonable belief of your psychologist, place you or another person at serious risk to life, health, or safety.
Your prior approval has been obtained to provide a written report to another professional or agency (e.g., a GP or a lawyer), or to discuss the material with another person (e.g., a parent or employer).

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, subject to exceptions in relevant legislation. Requests for access should be made in writing to your psychologist.
Appointments and Fees
Appointments are typically 50–60 minutes in duration. The standard fee is $220 per session. Medicare rebates may be available for eligible clients under a Mental Health Care Plan. Private health insurance rebates may also apply; please check with your provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
